Schedule Change Process
SCHEDULE CHANGE PROCESS
August 28 - September 1, 2017 - There are no schedule changes due to membership count.
September 5 - 15, 2017 - For all schedule changes, school counselors must receive an email or written communication from a student's parent/guardian requesting or permitting the schedule change. Both student and parent/guardian must communicate with the teacher regarding the requested change. The teacher must email the school counselor verifying that they have both spoken with the student and communicated with the student's parent/guardian regarding the schedule change request. All of this must be complete before the schedule change is made.
