Learning online can be stressful if your technology isn't working. Here are some ways you can get help for your technology issues.

Getting Help at Herndon

Parents and students have three options to receive tech support:

Option 1 - Call the Parent Technology Help Desk at 833-921-3277 (833-921-FCPS).  This will be answered by staff members between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m., seven days a week.  Please specify if you need an interpreter when you call. or

Option 2 – Students can come to the tech office anytime between 7:45 AM - 3:30 PM Monday - Friday. We are closed during D Lunch.
