Class of 2019 Administrator

Amanda Hudson loves being a part of the Hornet family! She came to us from Woodson High School where she was an administrator for two years. Before serving in that capacity, she was a Spanish teacher at Woodson HS and Thoreau Middle School, both a part of Fairfax County Public Schools. Mrs. Hudson earned her Bachelor’s degree in Spanish from the University of North Carolina-Charlotte and her Master’s degree in Education Leadership from George Mason University. As a native of our area, Mrs. Hudson attended Fairhill ES, Luther Jackson MS, and Oakton HS. As a high school student, Mrs. Hudson was on the cheerleading squad, was a member of FBLA and DECA, and enjoyed volunteering in the community. Additionally, she worked in the retail-clothing and food industries. Her favorite courses included Spanish, Relationships, Algebra, Gourmet Foods, and Keyboarding. Mrs. Hudson enjoys forming positive, meaningful relationships with the students, staff, and community of HHS. She is committed to being involved, working hard, and supporting us in any way she can!
