The best way for students and parents to reach the tech office over the summer is through our IT Support Portal that is designated for students and parents. The portal will submit a ticket to the Herndon IT team, and we can reach out to you directly to help troubleshoot. The FCPS Technology Support page has troubleshooting tips and help guides for our FCPS digital tools.

Important Reminders
- No FCPS student laptops should not be taken out of the United States.
- Please remember that the Chromebooks are fragile. Please do not carry the laptop by the screen. Here are some helpful tips when caring for your device this summer.
- Lost chargers can be purchased in the main office for $23.
