Hours: 7:30 - 12:30 Monday - Thursday.  Closed on student holidays.

Fees

Transcripts: $5.00 each

Completed forms can be printed from links at the bottom of this page and mailed to HHS, or brought in to Student Services during the school day between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. We cannot accept requests made by phone or e-mail. Transcripts will not be processed without the appropriate fee (cash or check only). Allow two school days to complete the request. Transcripts that are not picked up within 30 days will be shredded.

DEC 1 (Driver's Ed certificate) replacements: $10.00.  Allow two weeks for processing.

Keep in mind:

Due to federal regulations (FERPA), parents and other family members may not request transcripts on behalf of graduates and former students over 18 years of age.

Herndon High School can only processes request from the following years: 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019. If you last attended or graduated more than five years ago, please contact FCPS Central Records Department at 703-329-7666 or click on the link provided below.
