The process for obtaining school transcripts

Transcript Office Hours
Monday – Thursday 7:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
HHS Transcript forms are available in Student Services. Requests cannot be made by phone or e-mail. Completed forms can be mailed to HHS (Attn: Transcript Office) or brought in to Student Services during the school day between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. Transcripts are $5.00 each, and will not be processed without the appropriate fee. Allow two school days to complete the request. Transcripts that are not picked up within 30 days will be shredded.
Due to federal regulations (FERPA), parents and other family members may not make transcript requests on behalf of graduates. Parents may request transcripts for their current students and withdrawn students that are under 18 years of age. Former students may give permission for someone else to receive requested transcripts. The request form must be signed.
Transcript Request for Former Students
If you attended Herndon High School in the past five years, submit your request directly to Herndon High School's Student Service Department. You may email your request to Kirsten Frostad at email@example.com or call 703-810-2204. Upon receipt of your request, we will forward a copy of the Transcript Request Form to you for completion. Please return the form along with the $5.00 processing fee to:

Herndon High School only processes request for students who graduated in the past five years. If you graduated more that five years ago, please contact FCPS Central Records Department at 703-329-7666 or click on the link provided below.
