The process for obtaining school transcripts
Transcript Office - Closed for the Summer
The transcript office is closed during the summer. Please contact Beth Ann Reardon, Registrar, at email@example.com for all transcript requests.
Class of 2020: Transcripts were sent to colleges on or before June 15. It may take some schools several weeks to process all the information they are receiving. You were given an official transcript (signed and embossed) with your diploma that can be sent to your school if they have not received it by mid July.
Current students: Transcript requests, for any reason, MUST come from your fcpsschools.net email. An unofficial one will be attached in a reply to your request. Official one(s) may be requested using the form below and will be mailed directly to the recipient(s) you indicate. Rising Seniors: Please see the College page for transcripts related to college applications.
Former students (2015-2020): Include your full name and address while attending HHS, fcps ID (preferred) OR date of birth, year of graduation/last attendance and transcript(s) recipient(s).
Former students (through 2014): Please use link below for students that attended more than 5 years ago.
Official Transcripts: $5.00 each
DEC 1 (Driver's Ed certificate) replacements: $10.00 Allow 2 weeks processing time.
Keep in mind:
Due to federal regulations (FERPA), parents and other family members may not request transcripts on behalf of graduates and former students over 18 years of age.
Herndon High School can only processes request from the following years: 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019. If you last attended, or graduated, more than five years ago contact FCPS Central Records Department at 703-329-7666 or click on the link provided below.
