Congrats to our All-Virginia instrumentalists! These students are the best in the entire state – they spent all day Saturday at JMU auditioning against the top high school players from each district and region. We are so proud of them.

• Orchestra: Aakash Natarajan (bass)
• Concert Band: Jenna Ainge (horn), Luke Demers (tuba)
• 1^st Alternate: Adam Short (trumpet)

The students will miss two days of school to rehearse and perform at the Richmond Convention Center April 27-29. You can see the world renowned conductors and the musical selections here, the highlight of which will absolutely be Respighi’s Pines of Rome.
